Fair use
Phone interviews: up to 4 calls a week and up to 20 minutes per call, 60 phone minutes per month. If a family reaches a limit, only phone calls pause until the next month – voice messages, email and the web always keep working.
14-day right of withdrawal. Finish early at any time – the book is printed with the stories you have.
